Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue so we can review your request. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
